The Billericay Soap Box Derby, bringing community together

Bennetts Funeral Directors in particular had been planning their entry for many months prior to the Derby, and were keen to get onto the track with their Limousine Rolls Royce cart, based on the theme of the famous Julia Roberts movie, Runaway Bride.

Cart and driver made good time in the three races against the sixteen other entrants, and were finally placed 2nd overall in the competition which delighted the team, especially since taking part in the derby gave them the opportunity to riase important funds for Alzheimer’s Charities in Essex.

Land Rover Funerals congratulates the Bennetts team on their sterling efforts at the derby and commends them on all the work that they do within the local community.
